What is a workspace, and how many boards does it include?
A workspace is your team's shared working area, with its own members and access permissions. You can create several boards for each project and organise them into collections. Your number of projects and boards is not limited by the plan's number of people and does not increase the price. 20 or 50 refers only to the people in your workspace.

What stays free forever?
Your Personal account. Create and edit your own boards, share them read-only by link or email, and export them as PNG or PDF. Collaborative editing is available in a workspace.
Where is my data stored?
The app, database, files, Agent Runner and Firecrawl run on our servers at Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany. External services for network protection, payments and your chosen AI providers may process data outside the EEA. See our Privacy for details.
How does AI work in Teamwide?
You supply your own API key for your agents. Model calls are billed by your provider. Teamwide does not share your content for AI training; requests to your AI provider are governed by your agreements with them.
